BORDENTOWN, NJ-KOR Cos., based in Wall Twp., NJ,
has tapped Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey as exclusive
leasing agent for it Central Crossings Business Park. At build-out,
the 170-acre project will encompass an estimated 1.65 million
sf of warehousing and distribution space.
For C&W, the assignment will be handled by
Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim and Julie Nachamkin. "New Jersey
is experiencing tremendous activity in this area," according
to Nissim.
"This is most notable at the Turnpike's Exits
8A and 7, the state's industrial hot spots during the past few
years," Nissim continues. "One major difference is the
abundance of land at Exit 7."
The project is actually located at the intersection
of the New Jersey Turnpike and I-295 (Exit 56), according to Danzig.
The New Jersey DOT is currently building a connecting road directly
to the Turnpike's Exit 7.
Central Crossings will provide high-bay, bulk
distribution space. Targeted users include consumer products suppliers
and third-party logistics providers.
